I have loved glass for as long as I remember. The beauty and multi-faceted colors are ever changing. I have enjoyed the medium for years and love experimenting with different elements in my work.
As day turns to night another facet of stained glass comes to light.
The mystique of glass is ever changing with no two pieces of glass being the same.
Nature inspires my work. I often work agates into a piece to add another natural element as well as symbolizing the eternity of life.
Working other natural elements into stained glass adds interest and identity to each panel.
I also enjoy working with warm glass. The Dichroic glass I use in my jewelry and boxes bring layers of beauty and color you can enjoy for years.
My Studio is located in a historic downtown building which has housed an artist co-op for more than 20 years. The gift of being surrounded by the talent of 13 other artists working in multiple mediums is ever inspiring.
